1.Return conditions
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt (unless otherwise stated).

The merchandise is unused, undamaged and retains its original packaging and tags.

If the product has quality problems or transportation damage, please provide relevant photos as proof.


2.Returns are not supported
Returns are not supported in the following cases:
The product has been used or damaged and is not a quality issue.

Special offer, customized and personalized products (unless there is a quality problem).


3.Return process:
Request for return: Please contact our customer service team via email (support@fashion-sky.shop) with the order number and reason for return.
Confirm Return: We will reply and confirm the return request within 1-2 business days.
Return address: Upon confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
Returns: Please return the item(s) and provide the logistics tracking number within 15 days after receiving the return confirmation.


4. Return shipping fee:
If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return or exchange is for personal reasons (e.g. change of mind) and the order is not canceled, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


5. Restocking fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees.


6. Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the return has been approved. If approved, we will refund your payment to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and issue the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us through our customer service team (support@fashion-sky.shop)


7. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation requests as follows:

Cancellation time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
How to cancel: Please contact Customer Service (support@fashion-sky.shop) via email or phone to submit a cancellation request and provide the order number.
Shipped Orders: If the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. After receiving the goods, you can return the goods by following the return process.
